Every registered participant of the conference will have the opportunity to give a short presentation, either during a poster session or in the form of a contributed talk, with acceptance at the discretion of the organizers. Only abstracts of papers presented at the conference will be considered for publication in the proceedings which will be distributed to registered participants at conference check-in. Participants interested in presenting contributed talks or posters are requested to submit their abstracts in electronic form through online submission system from December 1 (Sat), 2012 through March 11 (Mon), 2013. Abstracts must be written in English and typed using LaTeX. The official language of the conference is English; therefore, all abstracts, posters and oral presentations must be in English.
